📦 Shipping 

 Delivery Time

  • Each artwork requires approximately one week for hand-painting and drying. We will confirm via email once the order is initially completed.

  • Once confirmed that no modifications or adjustments are needed, we will process the order and arrange shipping within 1–2 days.

  • We with delivery times of 7–13 days.

  • It is recommended to include a phone number at checkout in case the carrier or customs need to contact you.


 Packaging Information

Small Artworks (with frames or stretched canvases)

Artwork will be carefully placed flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box for safe transport.

Large Artworks (with frames or stretched canvases)

Large pieces will be shipped in custom-built wooden crates using premium materials to secure the artwork during transit.

Canvas-Only Artwork

Canvas-only pieces will be carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube, reducing shipping costs and ensuring safety. Upon arrival, the canvas can be easily stretched or framed locally.

Framed Oil Paintings

Professional framers will stretch each canvas and mount it in the selected frame, installing heavy-duty hanging hardware.

Packages can be safely removed from the box and hung directly on your wall.

Our attention to detail ensures framed oil paintings arrive damage-free.


 Order Tracking

After processing, you will receive an email with tracking information, including insurance for every order.


Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt

Must be unused and in original packaging

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned (unless defective)

How to Return

  • Contact customer service at support@diypaintnumbers.com to submit a return request
  • Fill out the return form and include your order number
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our team

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

  • Exchanges require first returning the original item
  • After refund processing, place a new order for the desired product

Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • If items are damaged in transit or defective, please photograph the item and contact customer service within 7 days. Free replacement or full refund will be provided.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to invalid addresses, customs procedures, severe weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
  • Unexpected delays may occur due to inspection or stock issues, especially during peak seasons. Contact support@diypaintnumbers.com for questions or updates.
  • If your package does not arrive on time, please contact us within 30 days of shipment. Late requests may not be accepted.
