Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
Must be unused and in original packaging
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned (unless defective)
How to Return
- Contact customer service at support@diypaintnumbers.com to submit a return request
- Fill out the return form and include your order number
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Exchanges
- Exchanges require first returning the original item
- After refund processing, place a new order for the desired product
Damaged or Delayed Shipments
- If items are damaged in transit or defective, please photograph the item and contact customer service within 7 days. Free replacement or full refund will be provided.
- We are not responsible for delays due to invalid addresses, customs procedures, severe weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
- Unexpected delays may occur due to inspection or stock issues, especially during peak seasons. Contact support@diypaintnumbers.com for questions or updates.
- If your package does not arrive on time, please contact us within 30 days of shipment. Late requests may not be accepted.
